Pediatric Music Therapist

Tray Batson completed his BFA in Music Therapy at The University of Kansas in 1997 and moved to the Triangle in 2000. Since beginning his relationship with Duke Children’s Hospital, Tray has extended the reach of music therapy across the pediatric inpatient services and into the Valvano Day Hospital. Tray also works as an elementary music teacher and writes and performs music for children under the name Baron Von Rumblebuss.  Tray has been working with patients at Duke University Hospital since 2003.
